I am not able to accept credit and debit cards payments at this time. Etsy is looking to make this avaible for non-US sellers in the coming year. However you can submit your Credit Card payment through Pay Pal.

Shipping
Should a particular political / environmental situation arise causing an interruption of the postal service between UK and another country, it is a discretion of the seller to cancel the order and proceed with a full refund. The buyer will indeed receive e-mail communication informing of the cancellation of the order.
The Card Tree is a cottage industry based in a small village in Surrey, England. I ship from my own studio using the Royal Mail Online Postage Service, that allows me to print off the postage without travelling to the post office. This reduces the CO2 of my shop and makes the service much quicker for the buyer as well.
Items are always carefully wrapped, and shipped, usually within 3 days from your purchase, except on National Holidays and on week ends. For custom made items please allow and extra day prior shipping.
*Items are shipped via Standard First Class International, unless otherwise requested buy the buyer before the purchase via convo. If you would like to have a special delivery service please see the next paragraph.
This in an ESTIMATED time of delivery with this type of postage:
- In the UK within 2 working days from postage
- In Europe within 5-10 working days from postage
- In US within 7-20 working days from postage
- In Australia and rest of the world within 10-25 working days from postage
Bare in mind that these are estimated times. If you live outside the UK and would like to purchase a gift for a specific date, be sure to allow extra time for the arrival.
Unfortunately there can be postage delays on International deliveries. These can be caused by severe weather condition around the world, transport strikes, increased homeland security at airports and also holiday postage build up. And I know how frustrating this can be for the the customer, especially if you are purchasing a gift; but these is little I can do once the parcel has been posted. If you require trackable postage please see the following paragraph.

Should the parcel not reach its destination and be returned on the first attempt of postage it is expected that the customer either accepts a full refund on the order or pay for the repeat postage.
Should the order be lost or destroyed during postage orders will not be resent nor refunds be given. This may however be decided at the discretion of the seller.

Whilst I offer First Class International postage. If you require a trackable postal service for your order, that is available, to 30 destinations worldwide, at an extra cost of $14,28. This service called Airsure® is a fast and fully tracked service and the delivery aim is from 2-6 working days. Your order will be posted within 3 days from purchase, please allow an extra day for custom made items. You will receive and email with your tracking number.

The shipping fees (special delivery only) in the store reflect POSTAGE ONLY, and do not cover mailing supplies. All the mailing supplies like bubble wrap, padded envelopes and boxes are REUSED. I make my own shredded tissue paper to fill my gift boxes as well. This helps me to REDUCE the Carbon Emission of The Card Tree. Please make sure you reuse or recycle all the external packaging.

All the products for sale in the shop are handmade by me with 100% Post Consumer RECYCLED PAPER, Cellophane Sleeve packaging is always BIODEGRADABLE. Exterior packaging for postage is also is always made with REUSED materials, please try to recycle it when it arrives at destination.
I buy all my supplies come from local shops to REDUCE carbon emission and to support local businesses. I also buy HANDMADE supplies on Etsy to support the small independent retails and the handmade movement.
I rarely drive to the POST OFFICE by car in order REDUCE The Card Tree's CARBON EMISSION. Insted I use the Royal Mail Online Postage Service, that allow me to print off the postage from my own home; when the postman delivers the mail in the morning he also picks up my parcels and they are off to you!
The Card Tree item are made in a smoke free environment.
